For over 23 years, Patti has been advising, counseling and mentoring student athletes, at the high school and collegiate levels. As both a coach and an administrator, Patti has inspired student athletes to strive for the top and assisted them in making their dreams come true. Whether the athlete aspires to compete in the college or professional arena, Patti can guide them toward success.
Patti’s coaching and administrative experience at the high school and college levels makes her uniquely qualified. Her four years as a NCAA Division I student-athlete gives her insight and perspective into the pressures and challenges that serious student-athletes face. For 10 years, Patti was a coach at the NCAA Division I and III level and served as an administrator at the NCAA Division I level for 13 years. She was a high school coach for six years and spent 11 years as one of the most respected high school and college basketball officials in the region. Patti knows what it takes to excel in the classroom, as well as in the sports arena. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Rutgers University and holds a Master of Arts degree in Teaching from Monmouth University.

It was during her tenure at Monmouth University that Dawn met Patti Adorna. Dawn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and an Associate degree in Applied Science in Physical Therapy from Union County College. She also holds certifications from the International Weightlifters Association and the American Fitness Professionals and Associates.
